Tetris update
I haven't had as much time to work on my Tetris afghan as I would have liked. I did get a few more rows done. Maybe during Spring Break I can actually spend some time on it........ I can't wait to get to the point of adding the black lines between the sections (of the pieces). Right now they all blend together a little.......

Tetris Afghan
Some members over at Crochetville are doing a Tetris inspired afghan CAL. (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=45794&highlight=tetris)
I decided that this one I had to join in on. Most people are doing 4" granny squares, but I decided to just make a sc graph-ghan instead. I made the graph (3 times) and have started to crochet it. My family actually likes this one too......surprise, surprise, surprise. We were always big Tetris and Dr. Mario junkies. Spent many hours playing those games!

Duckie Easter basket
My daughter has a friend that is nuts about ducks. I had a pattern book from Annie's Attic that had different animal Easter baskets. So, I made her a duckie Easter basket. I'm sure she is going to love it! The pattern called for a crocheted insert, but I cheated and just used felt to cut down on the crochet time involved. Then his poor head kept falling over...he looked dead! I ended up shoving a couple of skewers into the back of his head to help him hold it up. Now he doesn't look so dead anymore.
