I started working on the strings for my donation for Quilts of Valor through Heartstrings. I was given a large amount of white strings so I decided to make this top mostly white to be a bit different. It takes 48 blocks to make a quilt so I have a long way to go.

I like that with more white in. It makes the colours stand out more.
Your string blocks are really pretty and will make a great Quilt of Valour.
A Quilt of Valour is on my to-do list for next year after I've completed all the things of my unfinished projects list. After all, I'll need new projects to work on.
Absolutely my next quilt - should I ever get to it - will be strings! I love the whole idea of them and have a few ideas - just no time - you know being a dabbler and all. lol.
